Steven Beer
Entertainment Attorney
Steven C. Beer is a shareholder in the Entertainment Practice based in Greenberg Traurig’s New
York office and head of the New York Film Practice. In 1993, along with Laurence H. Rudolph, he
established the entertainment and media law firm Rudolph & Beer, LLP. He has served as counsel to
numerous award-winning writers, directors and producers, as well as industry leading film production, film
finance, and film distribution companies. Additionally, Steven has served as counsel to numerous multi-
platinum musical artists and has worked with high profile production companies and record labels. Steven is
the founder of the R&B FM, LLC, a film production company focusing on producing music-oriented films.
