The 30-Day return- If you decide you don’t like the merchandise ordered from our online catalog, you can return it to us in
its original condition within 30 days of the initial ship date. The initial ship date is the date the shipment left our warehouse.

You can find the initial ship date in the notification email we sent you. Simply cover the cost of return shipping and return the
item to us complete and un-damaged, we will process a credit for the returned merchandise in the method of payment.

After 30 Days - In the event a merchandise return is received after 30 days from the ship date we reserve the right to apply
a re-stocking fee of 20%. We accept returns for partial credit if they are received up to 45 days after the initial ship date.

Please package your return carefully! Any merchandise that is incomplete or damaged in return shipment is not eligible for
refund.

How to return merchandise
We want you to get your refund as quickly as possible. Please help us by following these simple steps

* Carefully repack the return merchandise in the original packing, including all parts.
* Note – We do not pay or refund the return shipping costs.
* Include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you (if you cannot find this, you may use a copy of the packing list
enclosed with your order).
* We recommend using an insured shipping method with tracking to ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse.
